Paying members of DressageTrainingOnline.com, are able to cancel at any time. There is no contract. Billing is recurring on a monthly basis until a cancellation is requested. To do so one must send an email to customerservice@dressagetrainingonline.com, or send a message through the "Contact " tab on the home page, near the top, within the navigational tab area. Request to cancel must be received within 2 days, before the commencement of the next 30 day period. Please provide your original order number, which you receive in email or the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card number used.
