Janet Brown Foy
Janet is currently an FEI “I” judge, AHSA “S” Dressage Judge and an AHSA Sporthorse “R” Breeding Judge. She has judged at all major shows in the United States including the FEI North American Young Rider Championships, the FEI North American Junior Championships, the USA World Cup League Finals, the FEI North American Championships, Dressage at Devon, USET Festival of Champions and FEI shows across the nation. She has also judged national championships and CDI*** in Guatemala, England, Canada, Poland, Australia and Mexico as well as the FEI World Cup League Finals for the United States, Canada and Australia. Axel Steiner
Axel Steiner has been involved with dressage most his life. Judging and teaching have been his primary horse activities in recent years. Axel holds the highest judge ratings - Nationally "S" and Internationally (FEI) "O," and has judged so far in 31 countries. More recently he was on the panels for the 2000 Olympics, the 2003 Pan American Games, and the World Cup Finals in 2005. Col Steiner (LT/Col, USAF, Ret) is a member of the USEF Dressage Committee, instructor/examiner for all judge promotions, and faculty member for the USDF "L" program. He lives north of San Diego, with his wife, Terri Miller, the well known artist and show photographer.

Hilda Gurney
2-time Olympian, 9-time PanAmerican Gamer, Hilda Gurney has been an enthusiastic participant for more than three decades in the phenomenal growth of her favorite equestrian discipline, dressage. She’s also an Olympic medalist, national champion, Pan Am Games medalist, trainer, breeder and judge. She rides her own horses and those of her clients, and notched a zillion trips down the centerline to halt and salute. She has contributed vitally to the careers of many Grand Prix level riders, but also has a loyal following in the lower levels.
