Hilda Gurney-USA, teaching Lahua Custer on Gulliver, Thoroughbred/Shire cross, PSG/S Level

Hilda gives Lahua some excercises to help get a better change, such as thinking of moving the inside shoulder under the outside rein before asking for the change this provides the change with a better setup and opportunity to be straight and expressive.  They then begin work on the piaffe and passage, which is still in the elementary stages, but Hilda very nicely explains where your thoughts should be moving into and out of the piaffe and passage.
