Christoph Hess is the Director of Training for the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian Sports.  He has a doctorial degree in Education and is a Federation Equestrian International (F.E.I.) “I” judge in 3 Day Eventing and Dressage disciplines as well as being a trainer of many international Grand Prix riders and horses.  He has been very successful in the training and formalizing the F.E.I. programs for 4, 5 and 6 year young horses. Hess has been employed by the German Equestrian Federation since 1978 and he spends the majority of his time conducting seminars and clinics for judges, trainers and riders in Germany and abroad.  He has written and co-authored several books, videos and articles.
