What's New?

6/01/12, Mary Wanless-UK

A discussion and showing of the rising trot. She uses the metaphor of the trot sending either bean bags or a boingy ball. This horse needs to send a boingier ball. The rider position is close, and Mary asks for her to keep her hell under. At the walk the position shifts, and the horse goes back to bean bags.

Mary assists the rider with her position by using the image of Hung in a Harness, Kneelin, and Knee on the Bar. She also asks her to have her Pelvic Muscles in a Corset. The horse responds with a more forward walk.

All gaits worked with 100% work based on rider position and balance for optimal movement in horse. Click here to watch video.
